I am using youbroadband from last 8 months .intially they take adavance and documents for new connection the connection was activated after repeated calls after the expected date that is two days late. intially I faced connectivity issue and I called customer care they repetedly told you get a call back from 4-8 hours which is not happened till now. if everthing goes well no problem but when problem arises you will get frustrated and we must alot patience to get the issue solved.
