I’ve been facing serious service issues with this you broadband. Every month they give a bloody reason to explain why the internet is not working.
You need to remind them like hell .Call them 20 times to resolve a issue. The customer care executive are* they don’t bother to register the complaint.after 3-4 days they’ll send technician who hav so much of attitude but doesn’t know how to resolve issues. Hopeless broadband service ever seen.
