No respect for their customers, pathetic experienc

I am a doctor and unfortunately under the influence of few of my friends, I took YOU broadband connection for my internet connectivity. I think that this was the worst decision I took. They don’t care about their customers


at first they give u a lot of promises that they will come within 6 hours when anything goes wrong. My internet connectivity got lost next day and when I asked them to fix it they fixed it yeah they did BUT AFTER 14 DAYS and I cant tell u how these days were passed seriously they don’t care about their customers apart from that the worst part is THE PERSON WHO CAME FOR THE CONNECTION TOLD ME IF I WANT TO GET A WIFI CONNECTION- I CAN SELL U FROM MY OWN SIDE BUT DON’T TELL YOU BROADBAND PEOPLE.


I agreed and paid him the extra amount but to my dismay he was wrong and I later found out that the company of which he has given me the wifi was the worst quality. Please for God’s sake don’t ever fall into their trap
