I have brought YOU internet broadband connection last four months ago.It was 2 Mbps unlimited data plan for one months at Rs.852.
No doubt on the speed it was constant at 250 Kbps. I gave 250 Rs as a installation charges and 1000 Rs as the deposit in a case if any damage happen to the modem or the loss, money will be kept by them.
I have to leave town after completion of my graduation so, I call customer care and registered complaint for discontinuity . Service agent comes and takes the router and told me that I will get my money by a bank check in 45 bank working days .
2 months are passed out but I didn’t get my check.
Every time when I called to customer care they gave repetitive following same answers that check will arrive soon also re initiated procedure for next 45 day.
They uses above cheap tricks to make you fool .
So, guys please don’t buys You broadband connection it will be complete waste of your money.
