You Tele, earlier known as BG Broadband is one of the worst broadband providers in the country.Unfortunately I have this connection in my Pune house as against Tata’s at my Mumbai residence.The You tele connection is simply awful.
Weeks together the speeds on broadband are so slow and the company refuses to acknowledge it.It is not only with me but with all customers in my building in my society.To top it their customer service call center works only from 10am to 6pm.
Their technicians are most ill trained and do not look as if they can hold even a screw driver bin their hands.Added to that when you ask them for their supervisor’s address they say that they have been instructed not to divulge the same.
Any organisation exists because of their customers and not the other way around.It is high time that the public taught a lesson to the high and mighty of You Tele..It is a shame that Citi corp is associated with a stupid company like this.Any suggestions, anybody, for a solution.
