I ordered online via an ad online at iwon.com a flat hose on May 25th and my credit card was charged by the next day. I did receive an email in answer to my inquiry on June 18th that said it had been backordered but would be sent that Friday, June 21st. On July 2 after not receiving it I went to bizrate.com to see if there had been any problems with youcansave. com and it was full of problems. I called the 800# that was supposed to be for orders and I was fortunate to actually talk to a live person. She asked if I would like to cancel my order and I said yes. She said that my credit card would have the credit on it in 3 business days and she would send me an email in 30 seconds. Well, it is now July 8th with no credit and no confirmatory email. I tried both the 800 order number and the customer service number today July 8th and got a recording and they would get back to me in 24 hours either by email or phone. Im not holding my breath. The 510-264-3230 listed in the about us info has been disconnected or is not in use. The chat with an erep does not work and neither do the FAQ and testimonial links. The track order link just takes you to a page that lists how long it takes to arrive after something is shipped. I guess I will never see my hose or credit. I will be contacting the BBBonline whose logo is on the website for youcansave. I have already posted on bizrate and will on any other site I can find so others will not be defrauded and deceived .
