Childhood nightmares and fantasies

As the poet once said, ’the child is the father of man.’

The child in us never grows up. It just becomes disguised behind a veneer of adulthood.

That is why this book is so much of a favourite among so called adults like me.

Remember all those stories we grew up with? remember the monsters who hid under our bed every night? remember the fanciful creatures who inhabited the backyard?

Take all these fantasies and add to them a thick dose of childhood innocence. And you have this book.

A book, which is guaranteed to tug at the heart strings of the young and the old. A book, which will give a fresh lease to our imagination, refresh our sense of wonder.

Somebody once said that a really good book ends up by making us, the reader a better human being. if that is so, this book surely qualifies.

A must read for everyone. And I can assure you, a really really enjoyable read.
