Your money is our money

The Banerghatta road center is located on a narrow lane. Trying parking your car and reversing to the main road on a daily basis to master patience and to develop strong biceps.


Cleanliness is good, Activities is ok, Food is average and the Management’BAD’.


There is a daily activity report send to the parents. I have seen attendants/maids busy finishing their home-work(daily reports). Surprisingly my son is a little too punctual according to the report that he sleeps, wakes, drinks, eats exactly the same time every day!


I have not tasted the food served but has never looked exciting though. Kids are often left to fend for themselves in the name of self-learning.


A few attendants/maids do inspire confidence of my kid’s safety and well-being for the hours at the center. As mentioned in other reviews, you will see kids crying unattended, hear kids getting yelled at and’why the hell did I take this job’ looks on few attendants/maids!


The management which includes the portal/email response/center head/sales mgr. are all buffoons, but sadly not really comic when you want to get things done. They are prompt in payment due alerts but you will have to chase them to get an acknowledgement/receipt. Everything said/promised during the sales talk is conveniently ignored with an expression’Who told you so?’


I‘am gravely disappointed and it was silly of me to expect them to behave professionally/humanely. I would say YKOK is also a street smart, very much money minded company. They don’t really care if the kids/parents are put at ease. They market a lot, practice few. I have already put forward my concerns and there’s going to be a re-look into the corporate relationship and definitely another option coming up shortly.
