I’ve been using you telecom for more than 2 years. I find it quite good. It is up for most of the times. The service is really good. They respond back within 24 hours. Their staff is quite fast in resolving the issue. I had few problems using skype with YOU.
But then they suggested to go for a plan having 2Mbps bandwidth. Since then, there is hardly any problem. There are some days when it goes down temporarily. I used to have BSNL prior to YOU. I’d so many issues with bSNL. So, I switched to YOU. I heard that Airtel is good but it is not available in my society. I’d recommend to go for YOU.
