I am using you broadband from one and half year. Initially it was very good at services and speed. Now a days very frequent errors like link missing, user name pass word error, remote computer not responding error, modem not responding errors, and it takes more time to connect again.
They provide services but are not at time. I’m using 300 kbps plan but not giving appropriate speed. Can improve in services. Company should sort out all these technical problems and frequent errors while connecting.
