I started using this service in addition to my exiting tataindicom connection as soon as it was launched. The initial experience of geting it installed was itself horrifying. The sales executive didnt return even after a month of collecting the payment. Finally they started installing the cable and modem after around a month. Although I was not able to use the service, they started billing me for it.
After one week of calling all the representatives (from branch manager to country manager) as the customer care number is out of service 24/7. I was finally able to use the service. To my surprise the download speed was 8-10kbps with a so called 2MBps connection (I used to get similiar speed with tataindicom 64kbps connection). After few days I thought I should change my plan to a unlimited one. To my surprise, the customer case executive said they will charge around 300 rs for a plan change. My immediate response was Disconnect, Pay my money back and take you equipment
