Got excess money and time ........YOU is the best.

I am using their service from last 8 months.  And since then my phone bill has increased by 15 to 20%. I have to call them twice or thrice every month for one or the other issue and still the issue remains unresolved. Every time I register  a complain they assure me that the issue will be resolved in 48 hoours . But it takes on an average 4 to 5 days. Every time they have only one response "there is a problem at the server end".


Now this is amazing response I got from their technical support incharge mr. omkar when I enquired about the slow speed he said that "they have limited bandwidth and more customer so the speed is slow and server gives problem every now and then".  It means they are not competent enough to handle huge customer base.   And top of it call centre is the only point of interaction between customer and the company. Nobody lifts the phone at their vashi office and there is only one number 27880164 thats it. Speed is crawling near  to 200 kbps though they assure of speeds upto 2Mbps .But they are very prompt in reminding the customer a week in advance that their account is neering expiry date and needs the renewall. May be this is the only time when they care most about the customer. Sales executives are rude and does not know how to talk and look like mawalees.


If you guys have any idea about the good service provider please let me know.
