Useless 'YOU'

’YOU’ should first understand the meaning of "Service". "Service" doesn’t mean suspending the internet account in time of desperate need without single notice - by sms, by phone call.I am very very frustrated by your so called "Service". I would never recommend "YOU" to any of my friend. Instead I would like to open compaign for "Why not to use YOU?".The customer care guy keeps repeating same mugged words that - he don’t have authority to make connection up and all. What the stupidity is all this?


The customer care guy directs me to make account up by logging in YOU’s site for making outstanding payment. But he doesn’t know that YOU’s poor looking site re-directs me to some payment gateway ( CITYBANK Or BillDesk, Pay Pal etc.) and that gateway indeed needs internet connection up!! But the cowhead customer guy does not understand the need of time to make connection up and keeps repeating me about his poor "authority"!!!


This was the second time happened with me. Indeed I was trying to have the connection up by paying outstanding amount immediately at night 1am but that cc guy and his useless authority was just not in mood of supporting.YOU is one of the arrogant service provider I came across in my life.
