I have been chasing Mr. Rakesh (Mobile No +91 8465-988588) from last 3 days and begging him for restore of connection at Hanumanji Colony, Center point Secunderabad, but till now there is no response nor connection got restored. Now he is not even answering my calls.
Is this your policy to keep existing customer in hell and enjoys his begging ? If I am not wrong then you people give new connection in 3 to 4 working days, but for existing customer no service for more than 5 days ????
If you have small courtesy for customer, request you to take strict action against this and it’s my humble request you to restore connection or else inform that you can not restore, so that I can think on better alternatives.
