All the reviews on Mouthshut are negative about YOU. In Bangalore, it seems that it has improved a little. I purchased for my office in Jeeva Bheema Nagar and it seems to be not so bad. The speed is 25 mbps, which remains for much part of the day. Between 12 to 4 pm it goes as low as 2-8 mbps.
Before selling the connection, their promises were very hi-fi. However, their services are average (not very bad), they try to fix problem in 3-4 hours. But for office network that is not acceptable.
I think "YOU broadband" should increase their rates and quality. I would be happy to pay 1800-2000/- for 25 mbps (60 GB), if there is a good service. Currently they charge lesser.
If you are planning to go for this ISP, then make sure that you ask if they are going to use Fiber optics line, that have better reliability then the other conventional lines. I am planning to have an Airtel (very reliable) broadband along with this for my office.
