It took them 15-21 days to do the connection when they told it will be 3 days only. I called them almost everyday but they came when they wanted. Had a problem with connection. Called them...it took them 3 weeks to repair!!!! that too after I called them everyday..they have a call center number who forwards the complaints to local offices...local office just ignores it and does the repair when they wish to. Call center guys are courteous but they cant do anything except sweet talking and saying "sir sir". They made 3-4 visits but could not do the repair but still it was not done correctly.
There is very poor team coordination within the team of these people. Their bosses never respond and they never take responsibility. You end up arguing with the people who cant help you in anyway, I dont want to waste my time by writing it in detail, in short I would say, You tele is "Worst of worst".
