I have read the reviews of some of the frustrated customer but if u have used any other service prior to YOU tele...then YOU is the best among all of those......i am using the connection from 2006 in navi mumbai....and surprisingly....the Engineer has just visited 4 times to my place to fixed the problem...coz I never get the problem with my connection.......sometimes I get variation in speed..(Ups and Downs)..but it’s ok no one is perfect........the executive in navi mumbai are very helpful at any point of time......my connection has never got suspended..thanks for the service...and I hope to get the same in future....
