Worst service YOU could imagine

I repent for not reading these reviews before taking You Tele (formerly Iqara) connection. I started reading a few reviews when I wanted to write one and it looks like I am not alone.To keep it simple, I will tell you how bad my experience has been with You tele.


When I showed interest in taking a connection, the sales guy used to call me every week to get the form filled. After I filled the form, I had to run after him for the next 10 days for the connection to be installed. He hardly used to lift the phone, and even used to switch his mobile off, after he cut my phone.


My bill got overstated 5 times and my connection was suspended without notice, saying that the limit was crossed. I fought with the customer care for 2 days (i made at least 20 calls) and finally somebody in the tech team agreed about the goof up. He told me that he would activate the connection in next 5 minutes, and the story started again. When I asked his name, he gave me a false name and I couldnt reach him again. I spoke to 10 different people in the next 2 days (would have made another 20 calls), but nothing happened.


Atlast, I called up the customer care and told him that I would cancel my connection, I got a call within 5 minutes and my connection got activated.


Guys, if you are lucky enough to read these reviews, please DO NOT take a chance hoping that this would not happen to you. YOU never cares about you.
