Please dont get connection of YOU telecom, I have no words to describe YOU telecom.
If any renewal comes then they call 3- 4 times a day, even if I told them I already know, I will recharge myself, please note down, but no.
Till the day when I recharged account after that, they didnt called or receive call from my side. I was trying to call customer service but didnt pick up. After 15 to 20 minutes, I registered my complaint via email, they registered, but after a week of registered my complaint no reply from YOU telecom, nor any representative has come for any inquiry.
My problem is after recharging my account, I am getting proper speed, connection for a week, after that speed is gone, connection is lost time 2 times on an hourly basis. I have checked modem and other configuration from my side its all ok.
