With reference to the mentioned complaint number( 20070505 ) I have been calling the customer service and the hyderabad office many times till date and everytime I get the same response from them that they are working on the issue.
I feel very very UNHAPPY with the WORST SERVICE which I am getting from YOU. The Accounts team are very unco-operative with small small issues also. They are still not able to figure out the issue inspite of giving them the payment details , voucher number and the person who collected the money from me .
Personally I feel YOU will be top if there is a survey on WORST customer services.
With this kind of customer service support I now doubt the customer satisfaction ratio that YOU will be having .
If they cannot work and expect the customers to feel the same kind of support and service from YOU in future also then please let the people know so that they can close their respective accounts with you guys and move to some new service provider.
For God Sake atleast make sure that the customer service guys have a supervisior who can act on complaints if any customer is repeteadly calling. And THERE IS NO planned esclation of issues like what I faced and customer service guys DONT know whom to contact and get the things done.
I did not have the number or mail id of the Chairman or Owner else would have called him or emailed him and made sure that he knows the pathetic service that we are getting from the cust service guys that he has recruited
Customers are getting penalised due to some stupid people who dont know the job that they are doing.
Before you think of taking connection from them please think ....not twice but hundred time and avoid this headache.
