I had subscribed for a YOU Broadband on April 16th 2014, the sale was made through a sales guy called KESHAVA REDDY. He promised me the connection would be made in 2 days(April 18th 2014 which was election day in Bangalore which he promised was a working day) I paid the amount of Rs.2970/- for a one month 12Mbps connection with 50GB(FUP).
Thursday came and went. Like that another 2 weeks came and went but they just kept saying we are working on the connection. Everyday some technician would come by and look around and say he would be back in an hour with some equipment but never to return. After a frustrating 3 weeks they said the neighbour was not allowing the connection through his house. They knew this 3 weeks prior but still refused to relay the information to me.
So I asked for my money back. They said they will send the cheque to me. Its 28th May 2014 today (more than a month) and I still haven’t received my cheque back.
The customer service which is situated in Mumbai does not care about your money. They just take down the complaints and give you a number which is then lost because they can’t find it if you call again. The call center people do not have the addresses or phone numbers of the Bangalore office.
AND ANOTHER WARNING THE CALL CENTER CALL COSTS Rs.3/minute. So don’t bother calling them. KESHAVA REDDY’s seniors Mr Satish and Mr Lakshminath are also in on it and will keep defrauding you till you give up.
Today is 28th May 2014 I am going to their office to ask for my cheque will update tonight.
