The only thing that youtelecom is punctual is in collecting their bills, the person stands in front of the house on the exact day to collect the bill and your problems are never taken care of.
I feel this is the worst broadband service that you can get in this world, the connection is suddenly lost and can go out at any time, even when i’m writing this review the fear of losing the connection is always there, people who shop online or have important work online can never rely on this service.
And whenever we call their call center we get the same reply- there is some technical problem in your area, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, the services will be restored as soon as possible.
This is what you hear each and every time you call them each and every time you call them and i have herd this not less than 50 times after which i stopped calling them whenever i lost my connection and patiently wait for the connection to be restored.
Now i have decided to change my connection to bsnl.
