YouTelecom is full of promises which it fails to deliver miserably. Their connectivity is poor, their customer service pathetic and their performance is terrible. They promise you 2086kbs coonection but the advertisement cleverly says, ’up to’. And that means if you get about 100kbs conection you must feel honoured. Their people will come an show you some weird calculations to make you believe that their download speed is high. If you download a file for 2mins and if for 5sec the speed touches 100kbps, they assure you that this is indeed your download speed for the file.
If you download any internet speedometer like the one provided by McAfee, you can check for yourself that the connection spped is very low, but try telling that to their people! The same customer service people who has suggested that you check the speed like this, will tell you that all these speedometers are wrong, but what they say is correct, even if they can’t show you any proof of that. And the connections drops also quite frequently.
Yes, they are duping customers big time.
