I do not recommend this service provider.
I submitted the required documents, form(CRF NO. YOUF No. 342629) and check number 289629 for an amount of Rs. 3249/- for a "You Jagaur" 3 month connection on Feb 01, 2014 to one of their sales officer Mr. Keshava Reddy G. who promised me that the broadband connection would be working on or before Feb04, 2014.
The promised date has passed since long and the sales officer is not responding to the calls. I tried calling and registering my complain in their head office in mumbai but the calls goes unanswered. I don’t know what is the status of my request and why I’m not informed. Such a pathetic and irresponsible behavior from their staff and surprisingly even headquarter is highly disgusting.
I wan’t my check to be returned to me.
