My review on YOU Broadband is based on Surat city. YOU Broadband is most expensive ISP in Surat. But YOU Broadband is worst ISP in India as my knowledge (I have been in many cities and used internet in different cities but never face such problem anywhere like facing with YOU Broadband). My account number 543471 with them.
I am using YOU internet connection since many years. Since I have internet connection, I guess every week twice it was going down and frequently facing slow internet speed issue. But I let it go because I had no option.
But since 6 months I have raised complain almost every day for internet speed issue, or frequent disconnect issue or not able to connect. I was using 12mbps plan with them and hardly I was getting 2mbps speed in a day and at night 6-8 mbps speed.
I have not bought day and night plan for different speed. Then one day engineer recommend me to go for unlimited speed plan. You will get proper speed. So I bought 1mbps unlimited plan with static IP. Static ip can help me to get frequent and best connectivity but my food. I got nothing. I am getting hardly 0.17mbps (around 170 kbps) speed.
So many times I have complained to nodal offices and funny thing is they not a single bloody officer bother to resolve my issue. Every time I complain, it’s get assigned to engineer and engineer visit my place and waste my half n hour by sitting on my computer. He makes a call to YOU Broadband office and fix something temporary and go. That time internet work fine for a while or that day and Next day again same problem begin.
I am extremely frustrated with YOU Broadband. In fact I feel bad to call it Broadband connection. I will never recommend anyone to go with YOU broadband.
