Don’t make fool yourself by having this connection. Once the issue will pop up, entire youbroadband team will go down. You will not get answers, nobody knows in customer care what is happening with your issue. Everyone will give hope that it will be resolved tomorrow. You can not see the status or update on your case online.there is no functionality for customer care person to update the case with your comment.
They will make big time fool of you that they have updated the case and they are providing the best customer care service. Don’t go with this isp if you heart patient or blood pressure patient.
