Youtube go is an official app recently launched by youtube for india. Now we have more internet users in india because of jio but still there are many people not having internet connection. Its a great initiative by youtube to connect more people to youtube videos #seesomethingnew. There are many other applications which allow you to download youtube videos but youtube go is from youtube and it downloads videos in a compressed way without compromising the quality of video and you also get a preview of the video to identify the geniuneness of video and the best thing is you can share those downloaded videos with your friends.
You can download the app from playstore, the app is currently on the beta version but still you can download it.
