Not sure why people have given this a low rating. Here is my review till 1 day of use:
No doubt this is one of the phones with excellent specs bundled together at very low price. I won’t say this is the best phone in the market but considering the price, it certainly satisfies a hungry soul. You can’t expect an iphone or nexus like features for 12k. In spite of that, this phone gives you a powerhouse of features comparable to any 20k+ branded phone.
The phone’s display looks excellent and with a little tweaking with the settings, it becomes more vivid and lively. RAM and processor are more than enough to handle any operation or multitasking you want to do on a phone. It took me some time to figure out how to set fingerprint lock because of crappy software interface but after it was done, unlocking happens in less than a second. Battery life looks good with 4000 mAh but it is too soon to comment.
My only expectation from this phone is that it survives 1 year of moderate usage without me having to visit a service center. If it does that, I would be more than happy with my hasty decision to buy this. Rest I will update after using this for some considerable time.
Edit: After using for a few days, here is my update-
Camera quality was poor but after a recent update, it is better. Nowhere near high-end or lumia cameras though.
Hybrid sim slot is a huge disappointment. Can either use a memory card or second sim but not both. I am just consoling myself that 32 GB is enough for a phone.
Graphics are way too good for a 12k phone. Need to tweak the settings for the best effects.
I have installed many applications and games. Till now haven’t experienced hang or slowness.
For a change, the bundled headphones are good enough for call as well as listen songs. Happy that I don’t have to carry two sets of headphones.
No cynogen/customization. Will definitely root it after some time.
