good network coverage(but still I use to get network connectivity problem only when I used Docomo sim)
and when using 4G network(DATA) battery drains faster then normal(battery lasts only for about a 1 hr to hour and half. very disappointing(only 2000mAh battery)
2 GB RAM does its work very well no problem faced(negligible)
average camera(not good in low lights)
and a quad core processor does a descent job(what else you can get for Rs.6200/-
Honestly don’t know about the Customer service(because didn’t got a chance for that)
But the company gives you a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty
AND
Warranty doesn’t voids even if u root your phone or do anything.
so only thats good.
I’ll suggest have it just as a fun phone or extra backup phone
because this phone is not reliable(bad build quality)
