I bought this mobile phone in november 1st week and really got disappointed on the first day itself after the package was disclosed. I saw the back cover of the mobile phone got bubbled up.
I ignored, and used the phone it felt good as it had good camera and is quite fast to use. the touch is smooth and very responsive. But after using it for 1 month battery life ended very soon.
I had to charge the phone 3-4 times daily then later I found out that my battery got swollen without any reason. This was really very disappointing. I tried to contact the service centre they told me they come here for repairing/replacement a week ago and still I am not getting any response. As they are not replying to my mails too. AS a result I still have that phone which I have to always keep it on charge atleast 5-6 times a day. I don’t know till when I have to use the mobile phone. Never buy YU until it is fully established. The service centre and customer support response is very poor.
