I have yu yuphoria from last 9 months I was broght this phone from shopclues at 7499 and received within 1 week.
1st week: - phone looks smart , tuff and smooth.
2nd week - TILL NOW: - problem starts 1st problem( speaker damage- phone’s speaker damage within 2 weeks first of all THERE ARE NO SERVICE CENTER so I have to contact yu support which is ridiculous they charge call charges at very high rate and after that they did not respond ti call AFTER 1HOUR THEY PICKUP PHONE and said that how may I help you! I was told problem about speakers and they told me to do troubleshoots and takes my 45 min but problem is still remain same and after that they makes excusice.) AFTER THAT IN ANGER I CUT THE PHONE AND 204 RS BALANCE GOT DEDUCTED WITHOUT BENEFIT.
AFTER THAT NEW PROBLEM STARTS LIKE HUNG, AUTOSHUTDOWN, SENSOR IS NOT WORKING, SOMETIMES TOUCH IS NOT WORKING TOTALLY CHEAP PHONE WITH CHEAP CO.
