I was attracted by its design and configuration. The design is pretty good and the configuration as well. But the product does not match my expectations.ere are so much lag and the response is pretty slow as it has a 2GB of RAM it does not work like that. camera quality is pretty nice. battery backup is awful. The customer service bench is total loss.
They do not care of there costumers. the display is nice too. as it has a Snapdragon 410 processor it doesn’t work like that. as other phone’s with the same configuration work smoothly without lags this phone has a lot of lags and not runs as smooth as compared to others.
Previously I’ve heard that it is a sister company of micromax as I’ve owned a micromax phone before I believed in this brand. So Overall It Was A bad experience with this product.
