I was truly excited to see the new concept of micromax, YU, while they launched it. Eventhough, I am very much interested in promoting Indian brands in any sector, the feature of Yuphoria really stunned me. So, I bought it after the second week, the product is launched.It was going smooth and suddenly on 12th Jan 2016, it got hang and I went to a nearby micromax service center .
They asked me to submit the phone there and I will receive the phone after repaired at my home after 15 days.So I waited for 15 days and I called the customer care of Yu to know the status.They asked me to wait for other 15 days.This was unexpected and till date I am waiting for the phone.
I am not saying that micromax and yu are worst brand but they need to work on the service part.
