I buy yu yupohoria from Amazon. I got my mobile in 6days after purchase date. The bad thing is it hardly work one month and got hang. Can’t start and then I went service center. And they ask me to send yu yuphoria service center.
So they send my mobile on 25dec 2015 and so far I didn’t got it. The Customer care is very rude never resend properly. And not helpful. I would it’s is my worst experience I will never buy micromax product and yu company product. After sales service is very bad. Micromax and yu want to sell the product but they want to fix the problem. How can I customer can trust. After sales service is zero. Very worst experience.
