If you really wish to buy a Yuphoria or any other phone from the YU brand please throusg this genuine product review. After using phones of many brands, I happend to click buy on Amazon flash for sale of Yuphoria on 4 June 2015. It was not accidental but avery well planned purposeful action as ne of my firend needed a budget phone with good specification. he who had heared about the budget smart phone with great specification then virtually creating a gigantic hype around told me to order one for him which I reluctantly accepted.
Once I got my hand on the phone my apparent fear become clear it was a junk of piece made in china and assembled in india . I am not a CHina hater or Chinese product hater. There are many remarkably good smart phone in china and sold across the globe. Even I use a Chinese brand Redmi Note which itself is great phone. Now the core of the phot after few month that is October my friend lamented my phone is dead. I checked it and it was a dead brick .
I contact the customer care and detailed them about the issue just as you tell a bed time story your 3 year brother. Those what-am-i-here-for executive told me to do some weired things with the phone like removing the back panel and taking some photos of the strped phone to send the which I executed the courtesy.Adter sending the picture there was no reply for a week and again I called them up and this time a different what-am-i-here-for executive asked me to do same procedure . I controlled my temper an told him to check out my mail in response he told me to be on hold while he connect my call to one of his senior what-the-heck-am-i-doing-here executive . I waited for almost 30 minutes until the call got discounted emptying about Rs 40 of my recharge amount. I went on the process for 3 more time in a span of 2 weeks and sending one way emails all the while. At last with faint glimmer of hope I contacted Amazon CC unfurled the ordeal to them and they told me to pack and send the dead device to them and they would refund my amount . I did so and the amount was refunded. Ireally appreciate the highly coustmer centric business approach of Amazon. Now thanks for readind my review patiently and sitill anyone decided to purchase any YU product do at your won peril.
