This yu yuphoria on its launch day by rahul sharma looked very promising and game changer for micromax subsidry yu, and thus I was one of the few to buy this phone on the 1st flash sale. I got the made in china variant unlike the made in india promise by rahul sharma on the launch day. Still the phone looked fine in the initial day with the phone having heating issue but that was fine. But within 2 months the volume and the power buttons started to get very weak and it seems it will break any time. Thus started using the double tap to wake up and sleep feature of the phone. The back and home keys are on the screen thus sometimes in the landscape mode during playing games the buttons vanishes and there is no way to go back unless setting is opened from the notification panel and turning the phone to the landscape mode. The phone is overall ok ok looking at the price but there is certainly other better options for the same price bracket. The 8 Mp camera on the rear is good in the outdoors but lacks focus and sometimes after clicking 2-3 photos some photos doesnot process. The front camera is much better and is the only good thing in the phone. The processor is the old snapdragon 410 chipset and thus doesnot provide smooth processing on the phone.To sum it all this phone can be bought if somebody is getting it at the price of below 5000 and its for someone who loves customizations of the cynogen mod in it can take the phone.
