I had bought a yu yureka plus kitkat version on 3rd january 2017. I was shocked to see the worst product of yu televentures.
Sound was not loud enough and if we do full volume then sound used to trible.
Nah not a user friendly phone.no volte support.
Style and design was good enough.
Battery backup was worst that I have ever found.
Heating problem was there.phone was getting heated without any use.
Volte support was not there. Old version still ran on kitkat os.
Lagging issue was there.
I would suggest everyone not to buy this smartphone. Battery used to drain in 5-6 hours without any use.
