At the beginning of 2015 Micromax lunched the new YU brand.YU Yureka Plus had nothing new on first look. It has same design that the Yureka had. Yureka Plus is marginally slimmer than Yureka, at 8.5mm over the Yureka 8.8mm.
Looks and Feel
The Yureka Plus has inherited its predecessor’s for a reason; its looks and feel like exactly Yu Yureka. There is not a single thing different, you would not to able to tell the difference between the Yureka and Yureka Plus if both were to be placed side by side. By its look in front to the textured ’moonstone grey’ back panel, the phone is attractive and feels great to hold. The primary SIMS and microSD solts are only accessible by removing the battery, for the second SIM slot does not need to switched of the phone. The phone lets you to wake device with a double tap. The Yu Yureka was a groundbreaking product when it lunched. It showed justwhat a budget Smartphones was capable of and set a platform.
Display
Its a 5.5inch full HD IPS display. Corning Gorila Glass 3 is also present for added Protection. Yureka plus giving the 1080p display with 400.53 ppi. Its remains the same IPS display that was used in Yureka. The display is warmer than before. Colour accuracy and sunlight visibility are really Good. Its had a decent viewing angle. Watching videos and films on Yureka Plus is a decent experience. Its does not challenge its market rivals. Multitouch is also available.
Camera
The 13 megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and Phase Detection Auto Focus( PDAF) .IMX214 13 megapixel sensor used in the Yu Yureka Plus for a better image quality. The IMX214 sensor brings with it a higher dynamic range, along with HDR shooting outputs at 30fps, Which gives better Contrast and Higher image quality.The front camera is 5 megapixel.The quality of front Camera is really nice. In low light the camera quality is poor. But the 13 megapixel shooter here does not stand anywhere near Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor, Lenovo etc.

Yu Yureka Plus uses Qualcomm’s MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 Octa core Processor. Its also gave 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. Its include 4G LTE not VOLTe, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, USB-OTG, Fm radio. But it runs on Android Os, v4.4.4( Kitkat) , upgradable to v5.1( Lolipop) . Its includes Accelerometer, gyro, proximity sensors. Java not supported.
CyanogenMod
CyanogenMod is one fo the best Custom ROMs, after debuting as preloaded UI with the OnePlus One. In this UI settings were easily accessible. And overall menu was quite Organised. So many themes were there. I love this UI so much.
Battery life
Its had a 2500mAh Li-ion battery that does not really last the entire day. If you used 4G data then its does not last a half day. Overall battery backup is very poor.
Service Centre
I bought this few months ago. I found a problem on changing pin so I contact nearest Service center for reparing this, it takes 94 days for reparing this small problem. So I told you not to buy this brand for its bad services.
