Yu yureka plus is a phone you will never buy if you read my review till end. There are many defect in the phone as per my own experience. The phones comes with many features which the phone itself cannot handle/perform for example- screencast, etc. From the date I purchase the phone( yu yureka plus) I experience many problems like heating up of phone, etc. The phone starts heating even if we perform a small and easy task such as - while watching movie or while playing small little low graphic game like candy crush, temple run and even while calling the ph
one starts heating. At some time the phone become so much heated that it become impossible to even handle the phone. The camera quality of the phone is also very poor( both camera front and back) which result in bad/inappropriate photos. The updates which comes with this phone are are so bad that it makes the phone worst. When I get the first update every thing was well but after some days I notice that the display colour fades after reboot for a will and after some time the display become normal, when I show this problem to yu service center they answer that it is the defect in the updates and all customer are suffering from same problem and it cannot be corrected, I was very disappointed by there answer.
There is also an defect that the we call or when we receive call the screen of the phone become blank but as relief this problem can be corrected by simply calibration by dialling * #* #7769#* #* . The sound quality of the phone was also not so good. The phone hangs frequently which makes us irritate and angry.
Besides from bad things describe above there are some good features/qualities in the phone, the display is very good, the phones battery is very good, and its a budgetary phone in the range of 10, 000rs. The look of the phone is very good which provide a royal feeling to the customer. The earphones comes with the phone are really very good which provides us loud and good quality audio for watching movie and listening songs etc. The phone supports otg which is only available in high range phones like oneplus, samsung s6 or s7 etc. This I also a bigger/greatest feature of this phone. The phone comes with gorilla 3 glass which makes the phone scratch resistance and protect phone’s screen from damages. At last it is a below average phone if possible you should never buy this phone instead you should prefer coolpad etc.
