Problem in after sale services

Im using micromax yu yureka from last 8 months and I have suffering problems from last 3 months and even now 2 times my ui get crashed n they send me replacement for that but all the replacements that I got are worst . I accept that yureka is a grate phone in only re 9000 but your company’s after sale service is not good its even more then bad . my phone’s wifi is not working from last one month and your company’s customer exicutive made my waybill number after 15 days its ok but from that day its not even got picked up its status in not get dispached from last 17 days n those phones that your company send me was damaged phones and I found many problems in those replaced sets. Now I have requested for a new set if I found any problem in it ill give it back to you n take my money back.
