I recently updated OS to cynogen 12.1 and after that life has been hell.
I contacted YU care and as per contract they need to provode pick and drop service and they are plainly saying NO.
I followed all the steps told by them and even visited the service centre as mailed by YU care and laughfingly this company doesnnt even know where its service centres are.
I found that the centre has been shut down months ago and on calling them they said we donot serve Yureka.
I have other option but to go to the consuner court which I have build up a case for.
The saddest part is that this conpany doesnt care about its customer once the device is sold.
I just hope that on reading this mail Micromax wakes up and helps me else they have left me with no other option but to reach consumer court
