Worst cusomer support.


Trying for contacting for replacing my damaged USB cable bbut no follow up from YU support team. When replying to executive the mail reverts back that the message to this recipient is permanently blocked. Huhh.was not expected this service from YU


What about the door to door replacement policy.?
