Complaint no. 121345 about shattered screen! I had registered this service request on 5th May and I was assured that the technical team will get in touch with me within 48 hours.
On 8th May I again called customer care they again asked me to wait for 3 more days. I called again on 11th May today is 18th May and I am still waiting. I am damn sure if I call them again theyll ask me to wait for another 48 hours and noone will give damn after it.
YU people have failed badly in providing service to customers. Instead of telling me to wait for 3 days thrice I should have been straightforwardly told to wait for 1 month. I dont know when my wait is gonna be over.
I dont know when your tech team will get in touch with me. I have no idea when the handset will be picked up.
But I can bet, that You are gonna take more than 2 months to resolve my issue.
Feeling sorry to choose YU. Feeling cheated. Will never buy or recommend anyone to buy any you device.
