Each time someone calls me, I don’t know who’s calling. That is apparently because the screen goes blank every time my YU Yureka mobile rings. I spoke to customer care & they said it’s a proximity issue. Tried all their fixes to no avail. They said they’d arrange a pick up of the product for repair. I had to follow up for 3 months only to hear from them that they had stopped the pick up & repair work. Frustrated, I took the phone to a local phone shop & it got fixed in 5 mins. All it required was to tighten a screw inside the device. Had YU Yureka informed me before, I would have not spent so much time with their’special customer care team’. After the blank screen issue went away, I had heating issues with the phone. It was almost impossible to take long duration calls on this mobile. Don’t buy YU Yureka, anybody.
