The best thing about this restaurant is that it is open till wee hours. Be it afternoon or late at night, this place serves one of the best Mugalai food in that area. However, there was a major setback in form of hike in rates per dish. Now it has become a average expensive place to very expensive place. But still I would recommend this place due to the quality of food these guys serve. Adding to this, the quantity and quantity is really excellent. with decent presentation. A point worth mentioning is that the place is well maintained, neat and clean and quite comfortable with some quality music playing in the background.
Zaffran is divided in two parts—ground floor and first floor. Personally, I have been always been to the first floor. Anyway, the only drawback of this restaurant is that it is slightly cramped place. Also, at times parking for cars becomes an ordeal, which I suggest one should ignore as it is a common problem across mumbai.
If anybody intends to go in peak hours, I would suggest to reserve a table as usually the waiting time ranges between 15 to 25 mins.
At the end, I would recommend that if you are in this part of mumbai and intend to have a good meal go to Zaffran’s. and you will be smiling your way out full and content.
