I went to Zaica in Brookfield for dinner. Apparently it was the second day after opening. When I read buffet, I expected a variety of food dishes being laid out and we helping us to whatever we want, in many cases, more than we normally gobble :) but was surprised that you have to ask what you want from the buffet list and they serve it on the table.
The starters were good, the chicken was nice and juicy. There is not a great variety of food, maybe 6 or 7 dishes but do remember that all of them were good, especially the fish. Not for people who prefer picking up a specific food multiple times at the buffet line but feel awkward asking for the same. The ambience was good and service was excellent. You do get a glass of beer free but I asked if I can get wine instead but didnt get it as rules are rules :). The price may be a lil on the higher side compared to Adda or IndiJoe (the other ones that Ive eaten in the short time Ive been in blore). Overall a decent one hour dining experience.
