Terrible Customer Service and Product Delivery

I ordered a sofa-cum-bed from Zansaar on jan 24. the website said it would be delivered within 10 days. Didn’t happen. I called customer service who took a long time to get back on a delivery date. Again the product was not delivered. This happened a few times. Customer care never proactively kept me informed. Each time they gave different excuses for delay. One time they said they returned product as it was poor quality. Next it was because their vendor at Jaipur caused delay. Escalation was useless. They are just a bunch of fancy talking heads. I still don’t have the product. Absolutely no communication from them though I specifically requested email & phone. Glad I chose cash on delivery. I wouldn’t advise furniture purchase from Zansaar.
