I feel like I have been robbed!

I had placed an order with zansaar.com on the 4th of October 2014 and the website had said that that the delivery time was 4-5 working days.


However, as of 1st November the order still remains undelivered. I have tried contacting the customer service helpline number and the number always says that the customer executives are busy, please leave a message after the tone.


I have done even that but still received no reply. I have tried mailing the customer service and they are not replying. I feel like I have been robbed by Zansaar.com.
