I fail to understand why returning an item is such a big hassle at Zara. I would request people to not by atleast a gift from Zara coz they’ll make you cry but never return your item. ZARA people please learn something from the other brands specially H&M . They never disappoint their customers and you never leave a chance to insult yours.
