Bad customer service

My recent two purchases with zara have been a bad experience. I bought a leather faux jacket and forgot the bill at the store itself. On coming back I realised that the jacket was faulty. I had the tag and everything on it and went to the store to get it exchanged but they refused to either change it or repair it. I wasted 5K rupees.
